Care to take a look at the most recent stats from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver?
REBGV Stats Package December 2011
For the year as a whole sales for 2011 increased 5.9% over 2010. For December 2011 the number of sales decreased a bit over December 2010. But it seems to have evened out a bit creating more of a balance between Supply and Demand.
