November Vancouver Real Estate Board Stats
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver poseted their monthly stats for November and it looks like the market is pretty much on trend. Typically as we get closer to December the market slows down, as buyers and seller start to prepare for the holiday season. The number of homes that were listed eased a little, while the number of actual sales remained on trend for the end of the year.
